Stephanie has that “Didn’t I see you on that TV show?” face because you probably did. When not developing marketing strategies and designing print ads for your listings, Stephanie can be found on television or online promoting the Grand Strand. Her stage name leads many to believe she’s related to Greg, but she promises it’s only by marriage. Stephanie and Greg enjoy spending time together (even at work!) and love family trips with their two children. She also really loves taking in Broadway shows whenever possible. Stephanie is a licensed real estate broker and graduate of Coastal Carolina University.

"The realtor that I hired, Bryan Fields, from The Greg Sisson Team, neglected to inform me that DR Horton had another community only five miles from where I purchased my house where all their houses were built with hardie plank cement instead of plast… Read Moreic siding even though I told him many times that I didn't like plastic siding, it was until he wanted me to purchase a second house that he mentioned Auberon Wood, the community that I made reference of from same builder DR Horton has all their houses with hardie plank cement which he should had informed while I was purchasing my first house and never for me to purchase a second house. I felt that the realtor didn't have my best interest but his. I still gave him a second chance to redeem himself when I was going to purchase the second house, but he didn't negotiate for me strongly, so I fired him. Then his broker was fighting with me because I changed broker and they were intimidating me that I was still under contract which I had not signed a second contract and had already purchased the house using their service per our signed agreement, they demanded 30% commission. I do not recommend this realtor, nor do I recommend the broker The Greg Sisson Team. If you are going to buy a house, make sure the contract ends when the house is purchased, not on the time they request and use another broker. Read absolutely everything on the agreement before signing and if possible, take it to an attorney before signing a contract with this broker or any other broker." Read Less
